Its simple really!

First select the products that you want to purchase and add them to your cart.
Go to your cart ( basket ) and check that you have everything you need with the correct quantities.
Log in to your account or register if you don’t already have one.
Proceed to the checkout page where you will be asked to fill in your personal information and delivery information.
Select the desired delivery day and time.
Select the method you wish to pay. Can be either cash on delivery or card through Paypal.
A confirmation email will be sent to you with your order details. If you did not receive an email then check your spam folder.

Sit back and relax. Your order will arrive as per your request.

Deliveries are carried out daily, Monday through Saturday, with the exception of Public Holidays.

When you place your order, you may choose the delivery day and delivery time, called timeslot.

We currently have 2 timeslots for each day.

1st : 09:00 – 10:00
2nd : 11:00-13:00

If a timeslot has reached its maximum capacity then it will not be visible during checkout.
As we get feedback from our customers, it is possible to adapt these timeslots or even add more.

We will do our best to ensure that we will carry out the delivery at the requested timeslots.

At the moment, our happy drivers deliver all over the city and outskirts of Limassol.

Yes of course.

Our priority is to offer Cypriot products of the finest quality. Therefore, we always prefer to buy from local Cypriot producers instead of imported ones.
If you wish to easily see our local products then select from the Filter options the Country of Origin Cyprus.  The system will only show you local ones which by the way are the vast majority of our selection.

Of course you can pay by cash upon delivery !

Yes, you can pay by card at the time of checkout.

All card payments are processed through JCC which follow all safety payment protocols.

Sure we do! All organic products are marked with the word “Organic” on the top left side of the product image. You can also view all of them by selecting the category “Organic”

Currently, we offer Free Delivery to all orders, so NO, you will not be charged a delivery cost. You pay only what you buy! However, to ensure that we will be able to serve you in the best possible way, we apply a minimum order of €25

All our deliveries are carried out with refrigerated ( temperature controlled ) vehicles.  That means that the cold chain remains unbroken throughout the delivery time and we ensure that your order arrives at the right temperature. On top of that, we used cool bags to ensure even better control even during the time taken between our delivery vehicle up to your door.
That’s better than what our mom usually does, placing all shopping including milk and other perishable items in the back seats of her car 🙂

You can place your order the previous day until 23:59pm to qualify for next day delivery.

Sure you can. During the checkout process, you can select the delivery day and delivery timeslot. There are usually a few timeslots every day. Only a certain amount of orders can be fulfilled during each timeslot so it’s advised to place your order as soon as possible if you have time limitations.

Your order will be delivered to you in carton boxes and paper bags.

We love recycling! So, please keep the box in a corner that’s convenient for you and our drivers will pick it up the next time we deliver so we can recycle it.
Alternatively, you can always recycle the box yourself. Our cardboard boxes can be recycled with the rest of your PMD.

Well, firstly, we work with local, honest farmers who adhere to strict sustainability practices. We receive from them 3 times a week

Cutting out supermarkets and other middlemen means that the time from farm to fork is reduced dramatically, ensuring that you get the freshest fresh produce possible.

If you have any specific requirements regarding your order feel free to let us know in the comments section of the order and our team will take care of it! If, for example, you’d like your strawberries slightly more ripe, or your plums slightly less, we will do our best to deliver exactly what you need.
